WebI have a very similar thought, but I think it breaks down like this: on estrodiol and spiro, you get feminization, and modest breast growth, but an increased likelyhood of a DVT too. When you get off spiro, and on progesterone (stay on E), you get feminization with less DVT risk, AND breast growth. Let me know if I have this wrong, and YMMV.
